Negative: Booked with Zipflyer through Hotel Adam . Unfortunately after paying for the video package , I never received the follow up email with the video. An additional email to zipflyer did not help. This of course is not the fault of Hotel Adam.

Positive: Hotel Adam was one of our top stays during our 5 week trip! We stayed for a few days before our Annapurna hike and returned after, so we started to feel like family. Adam and the team are so friendly and helpful, and they helped us out with info on the local area, affordable laundry, and also pointing us towards the best hospital when I got injured. They also upgraded our room at no extra cost. The rooftop pool is a little oasis in busy Pokhara, and the breakfast was so tasty and taken on the roof with views of the lake.

Negative: Nothing!

Positive: Loved the location. Very central. Beds were very comfy and staff could not do enough for us. Brekky simple but good. Nice hot showers
